AGENCY STATEMENT
Kriegner Travel Services, Inc is a multi-branch small business, primarily owned by women. In 2007, we will be celebrating our 34 th year anniversary. We are a travel company dedicated to providing superior travel services to our clients, both for business and vacation. The fact that our owners are full-time working travel counselors eliminates the burdensome and rigid impersonal management hierarchies found in many travel companies. You will receive prompt and courteous service from our efficient and well-trained staff. Your questions will be answered immediately and to your satisfaction whenever possible. If we are unable to speak with you immediately, our travel counselors will return your telephone call as soon as possible.

Kriegner/American Colpitt Travel will provide the following services:

• Airline/AMTRAK/Hotel/Car Reservations
• Ticket delivery to the New Brunswick area campuses, as needed
• Ticket delivery via ETKT, Regular Mail or Express Overnight Service (at cost)
• Quick responsiveness to last-minute changes or emergencies
• Individual itemized invoices submitted for each traveler

• Personalized service, No voicemail
• Ability for using e-mail for reservation information
